The maisonette is spread over two floors and offers 60 sq. m. of living space. It can comfortably accommodate two adults and two children, with the possibility of an additional baby cot.
The ground floor of the property benefits from a terrace, situated in close proximity to the swimming pool and shaded by a traditional arch. The upper floor features a second terrace, providing views of the pool and the surrounding landscape.
The ground floor living room is equipped with a sofa that can be readily converted into two single beds, accommodating children. The room also features a fully-equipped kitchen and a separate toilet.
The upper floor features a wooden floor and roof, two single beds that can be easily converted into a king-sized bed, and a comfortable bathroom that creates a cosy atmosphere, ready to host and satisfy even the most demanding guests.
The apartment has been tastefully decorated with handmade artefacts and unique lighting to create a distinctive atmosphere.
Towels and linen are changed every third day.
